Instructions
Apply to wet hair and scalp working through from root to tip and massage into a rich creamy lather for 1-2 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. Repeat if desired. For best results: Use with Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Formula Length Retention Conditioner and Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Formula Length Retention Leave-in Conditioner.
